take a bunch of melatonin and magnesium, outsideof drugs thats your best bet

Sleep at 8/9 pm, set alarm to 3:00 am and wake up, don't use phone just do anything to keep awake for ±20 minutes and try to sleep again. It has higher chance to go into sleep paralysis which is a way to lucid dreaming.
Another trick is by jorking at that hours.... and when your body feels weak and relaxed after ambassing you try to sleep and would likely have sleep paralysis to enter lucid dream
