This vulnerability allows data to be downloaded from documents such as birth, marriage, and death certificates, as well as data from users who have requested this procedure.

It also includes operational data from a SEGOB campaign.

This vulnerability can also be exploited to upload a Shell and obtain a command line with administrator permissions on the server, making much more tasks (like creating persons) possible.

I will provide evidence to genuinely interested buyers, as well as advice on how to exploit this vulnerability successfully.
Furthermore, it is practically impossible for the Mexican government to find the vulnerability, as they have thousands of civil registry offices and the vulnerability is only in one.
